Dr. Sheryl Pearl

MD, MBA, Medical Doctor, Founder

Dr. Sheryl Pearl is a graduate of the University Of Toronto Faculty Of Medicine. She began Medical House Calls with Compassion in 2001 and today serves as Medical Director of the quickly growing house call team.

Dr. Pearl is Board Certified in Family Medicine with added qualifications in Geriatrics, Hospice & Palliative Care. Additionally, she has 20 years of experience in house calls and holds a MBA from The Stern School of Business.

Shirley Ohevshalom

Shirley Ohevshalom finished her BA in nursing at Long Island University in 2010 and worked as a home care nurse serving the geriatric population.She graduated from the Suny Downstate University program as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is certified from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

 

Shirley is passionate about improving the quality of life for patients at home.

Chris Petrosino 

Chris Petrosino spent over eight years working as cardiac/stroke/psychiatric nurse at Long Island Community Hospital. He completed the Masters of Nursing - Family Practice Program at Long Island University and is Board Certified by the ANCC. He has been working at Medical House Calls With Compassion for over one year. Chris is currently attending Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing in the Masters of Nursing - Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program.

Nordea Harrison-Bailey

I am a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with 12 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Cardiology & 4 years experience as an Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, effectively diagnosing patient illness and managing treatment.  

 

I completely both my Bachelors of Science in Nursing & Masters of Science in Nursing degrees at Stony Brook Universities School of Nursing in Stony Brook, NY. I hold a National Board Certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. I firmly believe in providing exceptional patient care and going the “extra mile”, if needs be, in order to achieve it.

Tianna Stephens

Tianna Stephens is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology’s Physician Assistant program and is board certified from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. While studying throughout PA school, Tianna worked in a local nursing home where she discovered her interest in geriatric medicine. As a clinician, she is dedicated to the health and wellness of others. She takes great pride in knowing that she listens to patient’s concerns, no matter how big or small they may be.

Victoria Reesman

Victoria Reesman formerly Victoria Kyriakou comes from Maimonides medical center where she is the oncology nurse specialist. Prior to this, she worked for over 30 years at NYU proper in the NYC campus in many nursing roles. She was one of the first nurse practitioners at NYU and ushered in the program that now employs greater than 200 NP’s. Victoria continues to be an adjunct faculty member at the undergraduate campus of NYU and plans to return to post graduate education for a doctorate in nursing practice. 

Rebecca Bikram 

Rebecca believes that every patient should be treated and cared for as if they were a family member. She puts extra effort into her patients so that they feel like they are being heard, that their concerns are valid, and that she will advocate for them. She enjoys managing chronic disease states and focusing on the interaction between lifestyle and disease states. Health literacy and patient comprehension regarding their health are of keen interest.

Dolores Holman 

Dolores is a certified physician assistant and comes to us after an extended period working in emergency rooms. When Dolores is not at work she is spending time with her family and enjoys baking. Her specialty is chocolate work.

Lori Zarny

Our office  staff consists of multiple receptionists who all focus on different areas of care. I am Lori and have been working at Medical House Calls With Compassion since 2015. I  focus on obtaining durable medical equipment for our patients to make their lives easier.
